CCH pieces are precious jewelry, carefully designed by hand in 925 silver plated with precious metals, which can last for many years with proper care.

Rhodium is a precious metal from the platinum family, known for its high durability, shine and resistance to corrosion. All CCH silver jewellery has a rhodium plating, which gives it a long-lasting bright white finish and protects the 925 silver from oxidation and tarnishing. Our gold-plated jewellery is made from silver with an 18K gold plating and requires some attention to retain its original quality. Here are some tips to keep your jewellery shining over time.

Avoid contact with water and chemicals
Continuous exposure to water can damage your jewellery, so we recommend taking it off before sleeping, showering, swimming and physical activity.
Chemical products such as perfumes, lotions, cleaning products and chlorine can damage your jewelry, so we recommend that you don’t wear your CCH pieces when you come into contact with these substances.

Clean your jewelry regularly
It’s important to clean rhodium-plated jewelry regularly to prolong its shine and characteristics. Use a special jewelry cleaning cloth to gently polish the pieces and remove dirt, dust and stains.

Store your jewelry correctly
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. It is recommended that you have a jewelry box with a soft interior and that you store the pieces separately from each other to avoid scratches and knots in wires and chains.

Professional maintenance
We recommend that you have your jewellery professionally serviced from time to time, for detailed cleaning and new baths. At CCH we have a restoration service available, sent directly to the workshop.
