REFUND POLICY

Returns policy
Our policy is valid for 30 days after receipt of the order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Personalised items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Check your order and delivery details carefully before finalising your purchase. We will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided to us.

Additional non-returnable items:

– Gift bags.
– Premium packaging.
– Delivery charges.

To finalise your return, send us an email to info@cch-jewels.pt.

Returns
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the exchange/return is approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method (where possible), within a maximum of 5 days. Depending on the form of refund, it may take up to 5 days to become available in your account.

Delayed refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Contact your account manager, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, get in touch with us at info@cch-jewels.pt.

Sale items
Items bought on sale will be refunded at the sale price.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your jewellery, send us an email to info@cch-jewels.pt.

Shipping

To return your item, you must send it by post to our address:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your address, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are sending an item over €20, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
