At CCH, we endeavour to offer our customers products that are always of the highest quality. All our products are carefully checked before they are dispatched, but we understand that problems can arise. That’s why we offer a 2-year guarantee on all our products.

Our own workshop

We have our own workshop where our team of expert goldsmiths carry out all jewelry repairs, which ensures that all repairs are carried out with the utmost attention to detail and that each piece is returned to the customer in perfect condition.

Repair process

If you need to repair a piece of jewelry bought in our online shop, get in touch with our Customer Service team, who will be happy to help. To start the repair process, please send us an e-mail to info@cch-jewels.pt with the following information:

Full name
Shipping address and telephone number
Order number
Description of the problem with the product
Image of the damaged product


As soon as we receive your e-mail, our team will contact you to indicate the next steps.

Dispatch by post

For the repair to be carried out in our workshop, you can send it by post with the instructions provided by Customer Support. As soon as the repair is complete, we will contact you to organise delivery.
The cost of sending the parts to the workshop is borne by the customer. The return of the finished parts is courtesy of CCH.

Warranty exclusions

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. In addition, the guarantee does not cover damage caused by repairs carried out by third parties or attempted repairs by unauthorized persons.
